Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Supreme Council, operated by BizTransit Sdn Bhd (Registration: 891234-X) ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), available at aiscouncil.com and bcz.co (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

AI Supreme Council is a browser-based platform that enables users to interact with multiple AI language models (including those from Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, Google, and others) through a unified interface. The Service includes:

The Service operates primarily in the browser. Conversations, bot configurations, and user data are stored locally on your device unless explicitly shared.

You may create an account using any of the following identity providers:

You may also use the Service in guest mode with limited functionality. When you register, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your authentication credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Free Tier

The Service offers a free tier that includes access to free models available through OpenRouter and Google Gemini. No credit card is required for the free tier.

4.2 Premium Subscription

Premium features are available through a paid subscription. Pricing is geo-tiered based on your country of access, ranging from $3 to $9 per month (USD equivalent). Your pricing tier is determined automatically via Cloudflare country detection at the time of subscription.

4.3 Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

Regardless of subscription tier, you may use your own API keys from supported AI providers. API usage costs from third-party providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, Google, OpenRouter) are billed directly by those providers and are not included in your subscription fee. We are not responsible for charges incurred with third-party API providers.

4.4 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. By subscribing, you agree to their respective terms of service. We do not store your credit card or payment details.

4.5 Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Your API Keys

When using the BYOK model, your API keys are stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. They are sent directly from your browser to the respective AI provider's API. We never transmit, intercept, store, or have access to your API keys. You are solely responsible for:

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by BizTransit Sdn Bhd. The AI Supreme Council name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of BizTransit Sdn Bhd.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including conversations, bot configurations, system prompts, and shared documents. By sharing content via URL, you grant others permission to view and use the shared configuration.

7.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI models through the Service is subject to the respective AI provider's terms regarding output ownership. We make no claim of ownership over AI-generated outputs.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, content, design, and documentation, is proprietary and confidential. All rights are reserved by BizTransit Sdn Bhd.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party AI providers and services. Your use of these services is subject to their own terms:

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizTransit Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BizTransit Sdn Bhd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
